omg. i love chips. in fact at different times in my life a boy has given me chips instead of flowers. while i do love all these international chip flavors, i'd like to honor the mexican restaurants' contributions to the chip landscape: the crispy, lightly salted, not too thick and just warmed tortilla chip accompanied with that thin salsa with some real heat to it and not all thick and saucy like the stuff in jars.
